Our spreadsheets and printables are record-keeping and organizing tools. They aren't leases, legal notices or legal forms, and they don't replace professional review. Category labels such as "Schedule E reference" are conveniences that may not fit your situation. We work to keep formulas accurate, but you should review your own numbers.
